How can I learn more about NSPRE's products?

Are NSPRE products available for wholesale?

Yes, NSPRE does have wholesale options for our products. If you are interested in retrieving more information on wholesaling, connect with us via email at sales@nspreelectronics.com. All wholesale orders must be a minimum of 20pcs on all products.

Can NSPRE products be used internationally?

Absolutely. NSPRE Audio wearables can connect to any device (smartphone, tablet, and some computers) anywhere at any time. As for the NX Pro Plus LE, it can be used in 160+ countries on various GSM 4G LTE networks.

Do you provide support for third-party NSPRE products?

Yes, we do! We vow to provide support for NSPRE products even if purchased outside of our website. However, services like returns, exchanges, and warranties are not eligible on third-party purchased items.

Because the item was not purchased from NSPRE and may be used before your purchase, we can not guarantee max support as we do not know the capacity of the previous usage. We can only provide troubleshooting help, and standard inquires.

Where are NSPRE products shipped from?

NSPRE products are shipped from our facility in Alabama, Georgia, or Texas. If you are here from an NSPRE partner website, that partner handles shipping solely unless otherwise stated.


NX Pro Plus LE FAQ

Is the NX Pro Plus 5G Compatible?

No. The NX Pro Plus is not a 5G device. Its max capability is 4G LTE. Please note that the device's access to 4G and LTE is strictly up to your carrier.

What carriers can I use the NX Pro with?

Although the carriers above are the only listed carriers, the NX Pro Plus can be used with any 4G LTE GSM carrier. Verified carriers are simply carriers reported to NSPRE™ as carriers with which the NX Pro Plus devices are currently activated.

Please note, we are not responsible for any services issues with the above carriers. We are not endorsing any of the above carriers. Still, we inform all customers of the carriers with active NX Pro Plus LE devices on their network.

All service-related issues remain the responsibility of each carrier, not NSPRE.


Does the NX Pro Plus LE have dual sim ability?

Yes, it does! In the sim tray, you will be happy to find two sim tray slots available for two sims.

What is dual sim?

A dual sim means that you can use multiple carriers in one phone. In other words, you can have two different phone numbers to make calls and text in your NX Pro Plus-- from the same or separate carriers.

What video modes does the NX Pro Plus LE have?

There are 4 modes available:

  • Slow Motions
  • Night Shot

 Is the NX Pro Plus good for kids?

Yes! Not only can you download your monitoring apps from the Google Play Store, but the NX Pro Plus has a built-in Wellbeing and Parental Control feature. You can set restrictions, timers, and content blocks.

What unlocking features does the NX Pro Plus have?

There are a few ways to access your device securely:

  • Password
  • Facial Recognition
  • Fingerprint Access

Can I add different users to my NX Pro Plus LE?

Yes! You can add up to 10 users to your NX Pro Plus LE. You can set each user to have their own access, password and restrictions.

What chargers can I use for my NX Pro Plus LE?

Any Type-C Charger can be used for your device. We recommend quality chargers with a minimum of 40Gbps and 29W for maximum charging.

Wearables FAQ

What devices can I use my wearables with?

NSPRE Bluetooth® glasses can be used with any device with Bluetooth® connectivity 5.0 and up.

How do I control my wearables?

There is a button on each leg of the Bluetooth wearables. These buttons will allow you to turn on the wearables, control volume, track back/forward, answer/reject calls and turn off.

Can I answer calls on my wearables?

Absolutely! When the phone your wearables are connected to is ringing, you will simply press the right button to answer the call. Double Click rapidly to reject the call.

Are the wearables RX? Can I add my prescription?

All wearables are standard lens with either Blue Light filtering and UVA protection. You will have to personally take your wearables to your eyeMD and have them customized with your prescription.

Repairs & Replacement FAQ

What happens if I break, loss or damage my NSPRE products?

With the NSPRE 1-Year Warranty, we promise to replace any products that experience any proven mechanical issues on NSPRE's part. Via our Warranty here.

If your Product is stolen or lost within 90 days, NSPRE will provide you a replacement at a 50% off discount. This discount is valid for for Wearables, Earbuds and Accessories. If you report your NX Pro Plus LE lost or stolen, we will first attempt to locate your device through your carrier 'Deice Location Services" if your device can not be located, we will extend a 30% off discount for a replacements.

If any of your items are damaged beyond usability and can not be repaired, NSPRE will also extend discounts to help your replace your item.

How long does repairing take?

The duration of repairs can vary on the issue, the product, and part availability. You will be updated and informed of the estimated timeframe for your product. Shipping times and carrier delays can also affect the speeds of repairs.

Where will my item be repaired?

Depending on availability, your item may be repaired locally or at an NSPRE facility. Local availability is very limited, and 80% of the time, the repair must be shipped to us. You will be given the proper shipping address for your repairs or replacement upon return approval.

Am I still protected under warranty after repair?

If an unauthorized third-party repairs your device, your product will no longer be eligible for NSPRE Warranty, returns, or repairs. This item will be considered "Unintentionally Altered in the course of Repairing," this means we can no long authenticate the integrity of the parts and functionality due to alterations.

Our Warranty also does not cover damages but only manufacture mechanical defeats.

Payments and Billing FAQ 

When will my credit/debit card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Buy Now, Pay Later options through QuadPay(Zip), ShopPay, Klarna, and Sezzle. We also offer Coinbase Commerce to accept Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and others.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn't go through: Check that your card's billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you've entered into our system. Our system has strict fraud protections and can cause a decline for various reasons.

Note: We will no longer accept orders marked as "High Risk for Fraud." Our merchant and shop will notify us of all orders that are high risk, and due to the risk of fulfilling these orders, we will refund and cancel the order.

What is payment with Klarna and Sezzle?

Installments using Klarna or Sezzle is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four-six payments made every 1 to 2 weeks without any interest or credit checks.

How do I select and use Klarna or Sezzle? 

During checkout, you will see the page that will prompt payment. You will see options like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and etc. Select the BNPL option you want. If you already have an account with Klarna or Sezzle, the checkout will be quick; if you don't have an account, it may take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete the signup and check out. After you've finished, you will simply be rerouted back to our confirmation page.


How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you will do so through your Klarna or Sezzle accounts-- no further payment will be made to NSPRE.

Sezzle will schedule automatic payments over six weeks
Klarna will schedule automatic payments every two weeks.

How long do I have to wait for my items if I use a Buy Now, Pay Later option?

Orders using these payment options will receive their items at a regular shipping schedule, with no delays.


Why was my order suddenly canceled?

If an order is suddenly canceled, it can be due to a few reasons.

  1. Your order is marked a high risk. NSPRE® will no longer fulfill orders that are marked as high risk for fraud by our merchant.
  2. The item you ordered my not be available any longer.
  3. Our merchant has informed us to not honor payment or purchase.

If your item is canceled, we will inform you of cancellation reason.


Order FAQ 

What if I need to change something on my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. This means you will receive your tracking, and your shipping label has been printed.

My shipping address is wrong but my order is shipped, what do I do?

Unfortunately, once your order has begun moving through the carrier's system, there is nothing NSPRE can do -- however, you can give them a call immediately and ask for an address change before they attempt the delivery.

I want to cancel my order but it says shipped?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will have to return your package to NSPRE to have it refunded. If the carrier is not able to do this over the phone, you will have to await delivery and give the package back to the carrier as "package refused."
